Gluten Free Beer

 

About a month ago I bought a case of Greens gluten-free beer!

There are still eleven bottles in the fridge and the cupboard.

Oh! Dear!

Tonight, I’ve wanted a drink and have had two bottles of Aspall’s Premier Cru Suffolk Cyder.

Absolute bliss!

The No Bread Sandwich

 

For lunch today I had a Pret-A-Manger No Bread sandwich.

As I was unsure if it was gluten-free, I asked and they produced a long list of what is and what isn’t. The list also included other allergies and preferences.

The sandwich itself was good. I hope they continue to sell well and that they get the contamination issues right.

Walkers

 

I get an update from Walkers about what crisps are gluten-free.

This week I got ‘sincere apologies’ from them, which stated that last week’s list was wrong.
