Carluccios Bicester

 

When we went to Carluccios at Bicester last time, I wrote to Head Office and complimented them on the service.

Since then, I'd had a positive reply from Head Office about that and other matters. Try writing to some companies and they ignore you!

Yesterday we went to Bicester again and the waitress was a coeliac herself. I said that I'd written after the positive experience of last time and she said that they'd had an e-mail from Head Office complimenting them on their service.

It sounds to me like Carluccios have got service and staff relations correct.
